Many people dream of having their own book and self-publishing is becoming increasingly popular as a way to fulfill their dreams
. But where to start? What do you need to consider? How do you get a cover? What is proofreading? What (expensive) traps lurk for new authors? inside? And what does self-publishing actually cost? In the workshop Selfpublishing Step by Step: Your Roadmap to a Published Book, we will work together to develop a guide for the self-publishing adventure. We will talk about the definition of success and resources and look together at the variety of possibilities that self-publishing offers. We discuss book design, working with service providers and distributors, marketing and, of course, costs.
